Thread: Military Times paper calls for Rumsfeld to go

It always helps to know who the Publishers of Newspapers are:
According to the Military Times Media Group they describe themselves as: "Military Times Media Group is the source for military news and information servicemembers have trusted for over 60 years!"
Fact is they are a Commercial, For Profit Organization that has nothing to do with the U.S. Military. They publish The Army Times, The Air Force Times, The Navy Times and The Marine Times ... All of which you have to subscribe to ... Currenty $88/Yr., for each.
The Official Publication of The U.S. Military is 'Stars & Stripes" (an Eureopean Edition and an Asian Edition) ... Stars & Stripes is provided to all military personnel (and Their Dependants) Free Of Charge.
Just to Set The Record Straight, what was published in the 'Military Times' Publication(s) was written by A Civilian Writer expressing his, or her, opinion and Not By Someone Currently Serving In Our Countries Armed Services ..... If you believe otherwise, your an UnInformed Fool.
    About Budowsky ... December 15, 2004, 8:54 a.m. ... Quote Brent Budowsky:
"I am a mainstream Democrat who worked at the epicenter of the loyal opposition for much of the Reagan presidency."
Brent Budowsky was legislative assistant to former Democratic U.S. Senator Lloyd Bentsen ... In other words, a Political Type with 'Vested Interests' ... Not A Professional Military Man.
What Budowsky wrote was a Political Editorial written by a Political Person in a non military publication for Political Purposes ... Had Nothing To Do With How The Military Feels About Rumsfeld though I'm sure some in the military are not that 'fond' of him ...

Funny how the perspective of the Iraq war differs from actual military members that have been in Iraq and the media opinions based on hearsay.
