I've got an old moon "bug catcher" flame arrestor but it doesn't fit my carb. I need to have it machined. Is that possible? I think it is for an old 2 bbl but I've got as holley 850. ANy suggestions. This is the boat when new and I bought the BC on ebay a year or so ago. If I can't get it redone, it's for sale.
Here's the original one. http://www.oursummerlove.com/cream67-34.jpg
What do you need machined on it?

The flange for the carb is too small for my 4bbl. I was think ing oif cutting the existing one and making a new one. I have no idea if it can be done. Ideas???
It's in Havasu now, but I can bring it home next trip.
