Jacque "Short Cock" Chirac. John Kerry's hero and liberal model of a leader. Chirac got woke up a bit with the recent north African muslim immigrant unrest, riots, and civil disobedience.
This all fits the usual personna. France gets their high falootin' a$$ in a crack, gets back into a corner, and then the good old USA is coaxed into bailing them out.
After the dust clears the USA will fund the rebuilding of both combatants and then face ridicule from all sides about how we aren't doing enough, expect to allow our contractors to make a buck doing jobs only they are qualified to do efficiently, not enough aid soon enough, and we are responsible for any souffle that falls while we're in the neighborhood.
