Texas citizens watching border

Received this from a buddy in TX.
Here in Texas we let the citizens watch our border and inform Law Enforcement of any suspicious activities. There are 8 cameras installed along the border. If the systems works then they are planning to install up to 1200 cameras.
BTW: I just went an voted in the Governamental elections and one of the cadidates (if she wins) will order the Texas Ranger to take control of the Border instead of the Border Patrol, in other words the State of Texas will take control of the border instead of the Federal Government...just like in the ole' days of Texas.
