Well....he did ask him to take his hands out of his pockets 2 or 3 times?....In my opinion,he was asking for it....Brown must learn that society has rules....
That's what they teach you in post training. You do the three step. Ask,tell, force. He got forced

no no grasshopper.............it is ask, tell, assist "assist" is a much nicer word than "Force" I.E "I forced him to the ground" or " I assisted him to the ground"
He shoulda hit the little fukk harder than what he did!!!
No law, policy or written rule says that he has to get hit first to do something...Iam sure if someone was creaping in your backyard you wouldn't like it if the cop said, "hey, I need to wait until he does something to you, your family, are your stuff before I can do something."
This was just an example of pro-active police work...Sometimes dealing with bad people gets physical and you better be amped up if your going to fight for your life!!!!

He got assisted like a mofo
...he could have had a gun or knife in his pocket. How hard is it to show your hands??? Fukk the prick. :yuk:
Fight for your life??????....did you watch the same video that I did?
No threat or threatening gestures from that person at all...none(except from the cop) in the whole footage
Oh I forgot...He has a badge so you must get on your knees......BS
Did you ever see his hands before he was escorted to the ground? Hands in pockets (gun, knife, needles etc) is a threat, believe it or not. All homie had to do is listen the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time and take his hands out. Bottom line, end of story.

He was asked to remove his hands from his pockets so the metro officer could be sure he had no weapon's, for his and the officers saftey. Once he did not comply the officer has to assume he is concieling some kind of weapon. At that point it does become a fight for your life. An officer cant assume he has no weapon beacause he deal's with scumbbags on a daily basis. But what sucks is the fact that they have to defend there actions to iad all the time beacause people feel sorry for the criminals. And yes there is a law that say's you have to obey "lawfull comands". If you dont, expect to be assisted to the ground.

Lucky for you that you are constantly on your knees blowing hanson.
