Anybody know why?
According to the LHC budget they were given a grant and purchased it. The City plans on "performing improvements, building trails, placing faclities and securing shoreline for the public......" Source 06-07 Budget (you can google it).
In other words they are going to F up a great thing. I rode there on Sunday all day and I am glad I did. It will never be the same.
