In less than 8 months I have done a ton to the house and my bank account :cry: :crossx: .
I did more in certain areas than I expected and less in others as the budget runs dry.
Trying to finish something while spending every other week out of town at the river/desert is becoming harder and harder.(I still wouldn't move back to a Condo
