I just stopped to but there was nothing left of that smoke i'll start smoking in a hour or so again but for real good luck it's a nasty habit i wan't to stop also

Try getting the patch, they really help. I am a dental hygienist and have diagnosed oral cancer in a smoker. Not a nice thing to go through. Good luck and hang in there!!!
