I am having a new boat trailer built as we speak, and I need a set of 4 trailer tires for it. Must be 5 on 4.5, 15" tires. Am lookin' to spend in the ballpark of $60-$100 per wheel/tire.

you may want to look for some ford ranger take offs. they are a decent looking (IMHO) aluminum wheel with the correct spacing and bolt pattern. useually pretty cheap in the recycler type papers.
