What does everyone think about engine mounts? What positives/negatives do each have? Trying to gain some knowledge in this area. Pictures would be most welcome.

Josh, the fourpoint mount sytem is really the best. 4 easy to get to bolts and hoist it.
Here is some fine work done by Hi-Tech Performance which shows the system pretty much complete

Here's mine, a little more generic

Four point mounts really beat the three point mounts, for the simple reason, you don't hassle with the drive line cover and driveline, with limited access.
The Rail system, is better yet, for ease of engine install, and removal. you can remove all fasteners and the engine will go no where, till you ready to lift it.

Hey Ken, you have a picture of the other side of your carb. I was wondering if you have to use spacers for your throttle cable bracket like i had to.

Taylorman, I'm not sure if I've got a pic of the other side or not. I'll have to look, but yes I did have to shim it up about 3/8 - 1/2".
