What are you talking about? He has always been on a great "TEAM". The Lakers will always have a great team. They are in a rebuilding process right now. They have a few players that are going to be great, they will trade some off and get some better ones, until they get the right chemistry. Also, PJ is the best coach and he is boning the owners daughter who will end up with this team, PJ will stay there.
