After the RRII premier these Mandellas we're dug out from their respective hiding places and are being readied for a new life.
The short deck is a '64 with top loader and a 390. The motor is windowed and it'll be repowered in kind with fresh interior and paint.
I'm not sure the year of the long deck but it's last outing was the Parker marathons in '95 when the owners discovered it would have been worth installing the splash guard. It's gonna be old school all the way with a side oiler, split case and plenty of Hal-Craft and Holman&Moody finishing parts all surrounded by metalflake!

Alright!Good to see some more Mandella's being restored.I have a 66 shortdeck with a 514 ci,as you can see in my signature.I also just got a 21' stepdeck that was regelcoated 3yrs ago and I'm goingto do a 532 ci with a 8-71 blower and new interior.It has more room in it and has thru transome ex and holds 60 gal of fuel.Great for a family boat.
