Do any of the residential mortgage brokers here do commercial lending? When a customer calls in regards to a commercial loan, do you just tell them that you don't do commercial? or do you have somebody you refer them to?
We use Interbay funding, silverhill financial, world capital bank or community commerce bank. Interbay is easy to work with, not a lot of paperwork (rates are high though). The others you have to be careful of making the property cash-flow properly, etc etc...

I work for Golden State Funding, broker out of Long Beach. We mostly do residential, but i get a commercial deal across my desk every now & again. It was much easier when i was doing hardmoney! LOL
