Chevy 6.5 TD Mechanic Needed ASAP in North O.C.

Anyone have a Chevy 6.5 Turbo Diesel mechanic in North Orange County? My wife's 99 Suburban is starting to stall (and just dies) while driving, without any check engine light.

When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Fuel Filter = 6 months ago. When it dies, it is not a slow death, it is more of an chug and the dead. Sevearl peoople have said it is probably the PMD but I want to confirm. No check engine light comes on, just the security light.

Contact Diesel dog on here. He fixed my 97. Its the injector pump or the computer unit on the pump.
How many miles? The dearler fixed mine at 118,000. I think they are under warrenty till 120k. The injection pump I mean.

On my '94 the injection pump would shit the bed just about every 80K miles. You could almost set your watch to it. Great truck, I just don't miss the old 6.5.
