The National Weather Service does a marine forecast which is updated hourly so you can check the condition of the seas prior to your trip, you dont want to go if there happens to be a storm coming your way.It tends to be pretty calm in the morning, getting progressively worse as the day goes on. It seems that no matter what time of year you go, it always works that way, calm in the morning and rough in the afternoon. Have Fun!
