Sounds like fun, can't wait to see the pics.
So a buddy and I decided to do a little Rhino exploration up in the San Bernardino mountains yesterday. We ended up driving to Silverwood and unloading at the dam. We had a basic route planned along the ridgeline all the way to the north side of Lake Arrowhead. We used a trail map from Sport Chalet and got going.
With either the option of fire road or difficult trail, it made for a very fun trip. I was able to do most every trail marked for Motorcycle or Quad with the exception of a 2 (very steep and deep rutted from weather). I almost flipped the Rhino in one area (scared the hell out of me). Quite a bit of snow in many different areas which many for some great scenes!!
This is a completely legal trail to all green sticker vehicles or red sticker vehicles with a spark arrestor. We are going back this weekend on our dirt bikes. Our ride was 58 miles round trip and great fun. We want to map out a trip from Silverwood to Big Bear, spend the night, and come back the next day.
Anyway, I would add pictures but I don't know how to. Maybe someone could post for me if I email them. Anyway, any So Cal locals down to set up a run next month????

I've done that run. Except we started in Arrowhead and went down to Silverwood. And I did it on a golf cart.

Thats crazy because there are a few really tough trails. I will say the winter time makes it look so much better up there.
Here are a couple pictures...
The one with the guy in the red shirt (my buddy). I went up the left side of that trail and almost flipped it at the top. He was outside of the Rhino on the drivers side trying to keep it from flipping.

Yes it was a little hairy at times, but this was no ordinary golf cart.
