    I'd have to say the two main collision factors in that accident are: Unsafe speed for conditions and Following too closely. Probably the too biggest problems especially in LA. Slow down and allow yourself more room too react from the cars ahead of you and none of that would happen.

    Looked like the van was stopped dead in the lane instead of merging as the cones closed a lane. The only reason shit like that happens is stupididy, and well over half the drivers out there qualify.......MP
