so i took my boat to a bunch of boat shops around So Cal. Pat's fiberglass, B&K, and a few other shops. i didnt feel comfortable with anyone until i went over to Mel's new shop off The 710 and atlantic. he shares a bitchen building with Grier Rush (Rush Marine). Mel has been working on the inside of my kurtis for a little over a month now. Today i went to give him the last payment and check out all of the work he did. Immaculate! Mel did a awesome job.
Things he did to the boat:
    1) fill the dash
    2) take all of the old glass off stringers.
    3) put a new bow eye on
    4) put a veneer on the bulkhead
    5) grind off the whole cap of the boat 1 1/2 inches then reglass.
    6) fill all the holes that i wanted to be filled.
    7) put 2 layers of 6 oz fiberglass from the outside of the stringers to the inside.
    8) put a blue gel from stringer to stringer.
    9) put a blue gel on the side walls of the boat

    Nice project.
    Coming along good too.
Next time you stop by Rush's shop, give that low life POS a sharp stick and tell him to PHUCK himself with it.
    Thanks!!!
