Correct...however they may be able to help contact a contractor. I know of a fence installer company named Quality Fence Co. The owner is Ty Cavanagh (sp?) he's in the book.
A & A Fencing 951-849-8515 They are out of Banning. They did about 200ft of Vinyl Fencing, and 2 gates at my house and they were great. It took 3 guys two days start to finish.
