5 Channel amps get too hot on Havazo?

I rn a 4 channel xtant at 2 ohm load never had a heat problem with it.It isnt mounted in the engine compartment but along side the passenger seat on my boat between seat and side of boat gets some air flow by there but where amp sits is very close to water line so i assume it is a cool spot.
My uncle also mounts his amps in the same spot on his elim 23 eagle forgot what amps he has but he has never had a problem with heat either while others with the same amps have.Just cant remember what amps not fosgates either!!!

Will a five channel be ok without getting to hot or should I go with two seperate amps?
If you go with the right 5 channel amp you should have no probs at all.
