Neo Synthetic Red Grease. I have it but it's not online yet.
The blue stuff cakes up after awhile and stops lubricating after mixing with water. Used to use it. Went through alot of bearings with it. Switched to Neo. No more drama.

yeah thats what the blue stuff is doin now so i was gonna pull all the hubs get rid of the old grease and give it some fresh stuff cause i plan on taking the boat on some road trips this year and thats the last thing i want happining while traveling with the kids..where can i get that NEO stuff from?? pm me if its a special location...lmao

I've used this stuff now for the better part of a decade on all my vehicle wheel bearings, trailers, shaft logs, jet pumps... I've really had good luck with it. I don't recall replacing a wheel bearing on any vehicle since I switched to it. I used to change them with regularity.
