100' drop Vs. 78' Sunseeker...Who won??

Fresh off a cargo boat from Europe. Crane lost control of this 3 million dollar yacht which was on it's way to Newport harbor from Port Hueneme Harbor. As the crane dropped the yacht it then crashed down on top of the boat almost splitting it in half!

DAMMIT, i just bought that boat.... I have no insurance on it, and I signed a bullit proof zero liabilty with the crane company so it would be cheaper..... Anybody , anybody..... what do I do now?????
