So looking at the sticky thread, it looks like somebody had a negative rating while buying his Pump. Being five pages long, I'm assuming either this guy delivered the pump, gave the money back, or is a scammer. Could we get a simple update? Where does this stand?

I would be very leery of this boat. You never know what might be inside that engine, or how many good parts were pulled out and crap put in to gat the best bang for the buck. After my personal experience with him I would just pass on it, even if I liked it.
