I am selling my house in LHC and my boat. I bought the house brand new 3 years ago. It is still in brand new condition and shows well. I am a "neat freak" and everything I own shows it! Here's the link to the house:

It appraised for $312k in October. I bought another house off Acoma and Keywester and now have 3 house payments!
I just want it gone. It really is a nice house in a great neighborhood. The people across the street and next door are also "weekenders" from CA so we keep an eye on each others place.

Very good location and I think it's a good deal too. Needs walls and your done! I am surprised an agent out there markets it that well. Nice pics and tour.

How is getting a boat up that driveway? Is it as steep as it looks?

The agent is great. She's a family friend and we have bought and sold property through her for years now. She is doing all she can to help us out.

The driveway does look steeper in pics...not much though. I've been shoving my '21 Ultra up there with a 2wd Suburban without a problem. I've also had a '22 Tige in the garage next to my boat and RCB19's Rogers in there with no issues going up the driveway.
