What restaurant would you like to see in Havasu?

I was just wondering what restaurant you guys and gals would like to see in Havasu.
Preferably a chain or franchise style restaurant.
It can be fast food, steak house, seafood; I don't care. I would just like an idea.
Even if it already exist in the Havasu area, what could it use more of?
How big of a restaurant could Havasu support? Could it support a big place like The Claim Jumper? Or would it be dead in the winter.
Just wondering what you guys think?

Do you think Havasu could support a Hooters? Personally I dont remember seeing any Hooters in smaller towns. I could be wrong though.
