I have my workshop together, and would like to get some drywall up now. I have come to a point where I am not an expert.
Anyone out there do drywalling for a living and can give me some pointers, or if there is someone out there that can let me know how much it would cost to have someone drywall, or even better someone that could help my dad and I install it?
    Here are some pictures.

Give Manny a call at 909-319-7049. He does paint and drywall on the side. He works for a large paint contractor and knows his stuff. His guys painted my house and did some drywall and paint work at my office. Top notch work for a very good price. Cheap enough that I let him do the work instead of doing it myself.
    Good luck,

Hire someone.... we just did our whole river house last year and about 1/2 way through I realized we should have just paid someone to do it. Its not dificult, just a PITA

Mark's Drywall 619-997-5151 If you give him a sheet count he can at least give you a price. It's probably too far for him to go.....but his prices are fair. Tell him Richard at Spectrum gave you his number. He's a cool guy.
    He has a Sea Ray.....

Heres a pointer. Don't try it yourself. It's a pain in the ass. Worst type of labor EVER. Hanging it isn't even the worst part. Then you have to tape it.
My buddy owns Direct Construction (formerly Tri-Con), and they have a sattelite office somewhere in the 909. PM me and I'll give you his cell.

take into consideration the size of the "building" that job would be easy.....
ceiling first, then upper walls, then lowers. don't use that sticky-net type
joint tape, it sucks....... paper tape isn't easy to use, but is much much
    stronger.........go buy a sheetrock a/c milwaukee screwgun.........
regular box of joint compound for first coat, and thin coat for top coat.
use of a wet sponge to flatten semi-dried compound is much, much, much
cleaner than pure sanding alone......... you'll still have to sand though...

come on you can do it ,, yes it is a pain in the can ...but its not rocket science .....measure , cut ,install with screws ( tip ...buy the setting tip for your screw gun so you dont over /under screw in the drywall ) if you framed it correctly everything should go smooth ....oh another tip hang the ceiling first , then the walls .. tapping is another thing ...dont let anybody tell you it is easy , it is an art form ..to little your joints show ..to much and you will be sanding for days on end .....yes i have many years of experiance . take your time and measure twice , then cut once ....the white side go's out

one more thing in your case , stand the boards up , ther will be less taping involved and a lil easier to install
