More like an AAA impeller if your peak is 5500-6500
6700
Wow, that's up there. According to my homemade impeller chart (the Berk chart stops at 550 hp) That puts you somewhere between a B and C. I'm sure you'll get all kinds of different opinions on this though.
I'd start with the AA then cut to fit your application. Can always go down but not up in cut. Then again for 6700 you'd be around a B. Just my .02
Is their a book a webb site i can read aboat impellers every body tells me different
Well, so far that's 2 votes for a B.
You might want to ask Duane at HTP for a more scientific answer.

800HP peaking at 6700rpm?
To get to that point, you'd want a Berkeley "B".
Thats according to my new handy dandy JPC.
Yea, too bad that HP doesn't come in lower. A "B" will hurt your acceleration and pulling ability for skiers & tubes some, but maybe not too badly. How long is the boat? I am unfamiliar with a Crusader.
