I think most the lumber including the wall studs can be salvaged Tom. It appears it just broke them away from the header. Probably some new hardware will fix em without buying any lumber.

I'm assuming here that ...his bud sat in the car and turned the ignition key withoiut checking if it was in gear..to hit the brakes he would have needed a reation time twice that of tom Browns after exlax shooters !
