Powerboat magazine quote about Laveycraft 27 Sabre... some funny stuff.

The latest Powerboat has an article on the Laveycraft 27 Sabre. Here are the two quotes I thought were funny.
"With all the outrageous color combos you see in West Coast boats, this one is refreshing," said our inspector.
"And because it's such a departure from the norm, it will stand out just as much, maybe even more, as those boats with every color under the sun."

Well, here is the boat in question. The colors I see are silver, yellow, blue, green, red, white, and black. Not quite every "color under the sun", but pretty close to it. Definitely not my favorite scheme. Looks like a clown threw up on it. Form your own opinions.

I like a design theme that makes the boat look like it is in motion (forward that is), and that design scheme makes the boat look like it is going in circles (like a good flush).

The thing that cracks me up the most is the fact that they say it doesn't use every color under the sun....WTF? That boat has more colors on it than most.

I saw it at the boat show. While I definitly don't like the wild ass shit I thought it looked pretty good.
