Buy a cheap water pressure gage that screws on to the hose bib, close the main to the house and see if the pressure drops. Make sure the gage is not leaking. If pressure does not drop your pan is leaking. Next test is to plug the pan and fill it. Watch for the level to drop.

We had a problem from the 2nd floor bathroom that drains to the 1st floor. Had a crack in the pipe at the slab. I thought it was the copper pipe in the wall.
