i like the numbers stock...wonder what the aftermarket will do with the 6.4
DAMN. Thats some serious torque.
Darrell.
Aftermarket won't do anything for the new Ford. If you make any changes it will void the warranty. For emision purposes and fire danger the exhaust can't be changed, if you do, no warranty. The computer has a memory and if you chip it, no warranty.
Nice torque numbers, but the front end is so ugly I think I threw up a little bit in my mouth! Why is it when the manufacturers have their trucks looking good like the 06's they have to go and F it all up. The new GMC HD has a fugly front end as well.
I believe my stock 6cyl Dodge Diesel has 325 Hp and 600 lbs. torque...
but not bad for a Ford....

thats 600tq at the flywheel, not wheels.

Good point.
Did the final Ford HP say 275 ?
Kinda blurry on this screen.
I think it was actually 274, but close enough.
I don't really care if its 270 or 350hp, for what I do the TQ is where its at.
Stock dmax (LBZ ones) come in around 320 or so hp, but their tq is 550-560. The ford doing 630 stock is pretty good IMO.
