Just down the road from Phebus, which is pretty much northwest of McCulloch and Jamaica. No view, but plenty of upgrades. It's priced competitively with what's out there, based on recent comps. Oh, I forgot to mention to Contact Ms.Havasu of havasu homes about the property aka warlock25 .

They did match the house and it looked a little blah, had them painted darker to match the front door. To tell you the truth, it has to grow on you. I like it that way, but if you're putting a bid in and that's a sticking point, I can send the painter back out.

Michele did that on a Bridgewater model like mine, first time I saw it, I was like wow! That looks like $hit! But everytime I drove by, I liked it a little more. The the front landscaping was done with a little dark rock as well and I began to like it. The neat thing about this house, is that it is the first time Summit has built this model. So when you walk in, it's not gonna look like the last 5 models that you just looked at.
