Im hearing the samething, more people starting to look again in Parker and the area. I think Havasu is still real slow but from what I hear Parker is on the up swing. Im getting ready to list my house in the Keys so I've been listening to what they say about the market.

There is PLENTY of street room and drive room. Let me check the layout of the garage ok?
per my appraisal the garage is 22 feet deep wih a 12 foot wide garage door. Hope that helps
