Bottom blueprinting

I seem to recall an article a while back in Hot Boat bt Jeff Bennett, It outlined blueprinting a bottom. Does anyone recall the date of the article??

The article is in the November/December 2004 issue. I had it!!!!
I am in luck. Can't find any spot with more than 1/8" of hook. Gonna get some filler and get to work!!!
