So I know there are tons of Realtors on the boards but how about Commercial Realtors?
My company is planning to start acquiring commercial properties and Phoenix, Tuscon, Las Vegas, and SoCal are going to be prime areas for us. Are there any commercial realtors here on the boards in these areas? If so please let me know because I'd like to talk to you.
I am not a commercial realtor although being the finance portion of the transaction, I know many. Depending on what parts of SoCal you are looking into, I can help. I know which ones are good and which ones are just trying to take as much from you on the back end of the transaction as possible.
Ill would be more than happy to put you in touch with a partner of mine. He works for the same company I do but in the Commercial Division. I will pm you his info if you would like.
If you are looking for multi unit apartment buildings I can help you there as well. Anything over 15 units I would just refer you to him though.
