This spot showed up after sanding the bottom. It appears oil is seeping thru a previous repair. It seems that seeping has to be stopped before any filler and paint can be applied. What should I do???
my guess is its leaking around the intake.( looks like some one repaired it will silcone once before... shame on them) I'm not a expert, but I would say that all of the glass that is contaminated need to be removed and replaced.
