Does anyone here know if I have to have two safety collers on my rudder to be legal for APBA K classes? I have one on the shaft and the two set screws that are in the rudder bearing.
    Thanks, Steve

Those set screws are not a safety item, and a collar between the quadrant and the rudder support don't mean anything, gotta have one on the top!..
