Anyone know what internals this motor has? forged crank/rods/pistons, etc.?

I'd be willing to put a beer on a cast steel crank, forged steel factory rods, cast aluminum pistons, depending on the cam, might even have 5/16 pushrods like my 330HP Indmar 454 had for 27 years. What's the HP spec of the Mag454? Probably enough cam & valvetrain to have 3/8" pushrods really.
A lot of folks don't realize just how hard you can push the cast steel crank in HP as long as the RPM's aren't sky-high, under 6,000 IMO. The same with the I-beam stock rods, they aren't especially weak items in the Chevy. you MIGHT have forged pistons, especially if your CR is over 9:1 or so, but I wouldn't be surprised if you don't.

I could have sworn that I was told that my 454 mag had a forged crank and rods. Maybe I'm dreaming. But wasn't there 2 different ones? One had oval port heads and the other had rect. There was like a 50 horse difference or something.
