I'd pay 12k cash, but since you aren't saying, are you takin'? I'll drive up as early as you need me to. That boat isn't worth more than 12k to me right now, at this moment. I'd love to have it, but you aren't saying what it is going to cost. We are wasting each other's time without a price!!!!
(Yes, I know that I'm not going to buy this boat, but someone with a bigger budget than I have is looking through here and might just skip this over because someone is too chicken to list a price for his stuff. Look, you have to start somewhere. If you are worried about asking too low, then ask high and let them talk you down)
