I want to run higher boost than I currantly am. I am thinking of buying a superchiller. What is a good price for a used one, and how involved is it installing one?? I built a lot of nat aspirated smallblocks and a biglbock a time or to, but have limited experience with blower motors. Is there an adapter that goes betwwen the intake and blower for the chiller?? Just longer studs?? Will one for a GM 6-71, 8-71, 10-71, 14-71, etc be the same chiller?? Fill me in
    Mike

    Yes longer studs on some.
Blower shop uses two sets ones that hold the intercooler to intake and
a set that bolts to the blower.
6-71 thru 10-71 should all be similar after 10-71 you may have to machine the housing bigger.
If you purchase used accept only fresh water otherwise change the core.
I bought two used Richard lees
    and installed whipple cupra cores.
Better resistance to salt water and better heat dissapation.
I think I paid 3000 for both chillers.
    Hope this helps
