Carpet Tile Hook-up?

OK the re-model of our kid play room/adult game room continues. We're looking at flooring options and like the idea of replacable carpet tiles.
We don't want the peel and stick kind....looking at laying down the tacky glue and using 18" x 18" or 24" x 24" dry back tiles.
Anybody have the hook-up?
