Nice find..
This is either number 15 or 16....
250cc Can-am powered drag bike. I had to take the wheelie bars off to fit into the living room. They are on my loveseat. The bike is about a 1974. Engine is made in Austria by Rotax. It has magnesium engine cases, Bing carb, Betor triple trees and KYB forks, Magura controls, RW front hub and front brake, Akront wheels (made in Spain). Unsure about the manufacturer of the underbelly expansion chamber, tank, or seat/cowl. I started it in the house (first kick!!!), and spent the next 1/2 hr washing the wall behind it from the 2-stroke oil spray out the exhaust.

Nice find..
I bought it from the owner of a Bumper-to-Bumper shop in a small town. He had recieved it on a bad debt from a customer. I offered him $1000 cash (about $800 US) and it was mine .
dude...that is one FUGLY loveseat!
I just moved into a house a couple months ago. I had no furniture, so I got this from my grandma. And well... it saved me enough money to buy this bike instead of a nicer loveseat.
Nice find John! I'll be heading through Toon - Town on the way to Preeceville this summer. Should make time to check it out and knock a few back!
cool bike but why is it in the living room ?

This is not it's permanent place. There is just a ton of snow in the back alley and I did feel like cleaning it out before unloading it. It was easier just to back the truck up to the front step and roll it out that way.b And the bike was clean, and does drip, so I figured why not... just through some flyers under the stand to prevent scratching the hardwood.
Yessir... back when bikes had a whopping 3" of travel...
