selling flatbottom.. what should I ask?

Hello,
I need to sell my 1974 MC Boats Flatty. It's got a ford 390, and in/out toploader casale. The hull is sound except for a couple stress cracks on the deck rear of the engine. It runs fine, and goes about 55mph. It comes with black front rear buckets. The wood dash needs replaced, as do a couple of the gauges. The trailer is in ok shape, but the wheels are a bit rusty. Any ideas on what I should ask, or anyone want to make me an offer?

It's a cool old boat, but I have another boat, and too many projects. No time to fix this one up. I should let it go $4500
