I have a friend in the market for a $30k range ***boat and he found this on boat trader. Looks like a pretty okay deal. just wondering if anyone knows the boat, has seen it in person and has any good (or bad) things to say about it.

Any other great deals out there in this range? he's looking for something in the $30k to $35k range and paying cash. wants to find something 2000 or newer with a decent looking gel, 23ft +, needs to go 60+mph.

Tell him to buy a late 1990's Lavey 21. Right in his price range and way more boat than that Cheetah and will probably not depreciate much if at all. The overall length on the 21 NuEra is about 23'.

Dont know that particular boat but that hullis a decent riding hull. Especially for the money. There are a few pwople here who have the Stiletto hull and love it. Just for your knowledge.... http://www.cheetahboats.net/id5.html
