This type of thing seems to happen more when taking others for rides & such....
It just takes a moment of poor judgment or taking your eye-off-the-ball for things like this to happen....
First off, you don't do a vertical take-off in a R44 ever....
Not enough rotor inertia to get you out of trouble....
A normal running take-off would have averted that crash....
Too bad for the pilot in command......
