1999 Stoker SST 20' with Merc 2.5 260 HP motor with all the offshore upgrades, extra set of hi compression heads to run with AV gas. Boat built and rigged by Al Stoker at John’s Custom Marine. Boat includes hydraulic jack plate, Electric trim, Custom ET 24p prop, New Sports master lower unit, custom bimini and cover,Duel batteries , Competitive trailer, , chrome rims. Low hours on motor, Never run in salt water, Serviced regularly. This boat is a real head turner and a pleasure to drive. Its very fast, handles any water you can put at it, Pulls skiers holds 6 people and turns on a dime
Our family has two Stokers we love them. Last year we took the interior out of this boat and put in a race seat. We entered it in the parker 300 (first race for us or the boat) ,We placed 1st in our class and 4th over all out of 40 boats. We raced with real race boats , this goes show how user friendly and high performance this boat is right off the show room floor. Everything has been gone through prior and after the race and is top notch. The boat is covered in Hot boat magazine and is a real head turner. Call Mark at 323.868.5649
or Al Stoker for more information.

Nice boat Mark...should have no problem selling it.
Is that an alien cowl? If so, was it difficult to change the pan? I'm thinking of getting the Simon 50 amp alternator kit, but it requires the alien style cowl.
    Thanks,
    TJ

TJ, yes, that's an alien cowl. They came stock on his year motor. Changing the pan isn't that bad...you will need a lifting ring (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=4610126295) (screws into the inside thread on the flywheel), and 2 base gaskets (one between the midsection and pan, the other between the pan and block).
Remove the 10 nuts on the powerhead studs, remove the shifter and throttle cables (and the fuel feed/return/power/harness if they are tight), and lift the powerhead with a cherry-picker. That's it.

Sounds good, let me know when you want to do it :rollside: !
Seriously, thanks for the info. Do you know where I can get one? I think Eagle sells them, but they are more of a lightweight race cowl.
