Possibly a stupid question but being back East we've never seen it. Why are the cops shooting video ????? Are they doing a cops version of girls gone wild?? Nice to see tax dollars at work

I was told that the people shooting video on the sherriffs boat were from Court TV, and they were filming a "Water Police" type video. The theme of the video was, "Come on vacation, leave on probation"
