the girls told me after they arrested there friend the cops made all of them blow and the best one was .10, the cop told her she could drive in 10 minute

That needs to be reported to the Watch Commander ASAP..That's an Internal Affairs issue right there. Total BS...they should have called the rental company and have someone come get their boat right where it sat, nobody drives.
