My parents want to sell 40 acres they own southeast of Kingman. It is on the east side of highway 93 about 8+/- miles south of highway 40. It is part of the Windmill Ranch. It has it's own windmill with two water holding tanks in the middle of the property and the Big Sandy "river" (which is almost always dry) runs thru the bottom part of the property. There are no further improvements made at this point. It is set back from highway 93 about 1/2 mile. We are working on some pictures right now and will post them asap. They are asking $159,999.
