Hondo 19 1980

Hello i am from Stockholm Sweden. I just bought a Hondo 19 from 1980. Engine 454 LS6
600 HP, should run round 80MPH ? Nicon coolerpump casal-v drive. How is this boat running?. Is the motor right type to this boat ?. Would be happy to hear more about motor and type of boat. We will try to start up Drag-Boat competitions here again, we had some during the 80. Looking forward to hear more.

If you have the right prop and gear in it, it will do at least 80 with 600hp.

I can't remember where those exact ones came from. I exchange gears and buy them at swapmeets. I have set up lots of guys on this board and AZDon's site with gears. I don't think they will do much good in you jet thou.
